Exercise to get fit, live longer: study

I love this.

"Our study suggests that following an active lifestyle is an effective way to achieve healthy aging," Dr. Oscar H. Franco, from Erasmus MC University Medical Center Rotterdam in the Netherlands, and his colleagues conclude.

One particularly rich thing is that it's not just Dr. Franco, but also his colleagues must also be mentioned - lots of people want credit for this shocking finding! Send Dr. Franco mail if you want to congratulate him: o.francoduran@erasmusmc.nl

Kids Doing Poorly in School May Be Sleep: "Kids Doing Poorly in School May Be Sleep"

This is silly on many levels, perhaps best because of its title, which I swear I did not edit.

- Sleepy youngsters have difficulty paying attention!
- Teachers can tell when students are sleepy! (Go Teachers!)
- There is an impact on students' performance if they come to school tired!

Oddly, Fallone isn't at Brown anymore; now he works at the Forest Institute of Professional Psychology. Draw your own conclusions...
