Programmers to blame for hard-to-use software
I guess my only question is "who else could possibly be to blame?" I mean, the title even uses the phrase 'hard-to-use software'. Thanks Harvard professor David Platt, you are quite the brainiac.

The programmers are to blame because usability specialists are gods! So if the software is crap, it's because a usability specialist wasn't involved at all. So really, I blame management, because of course socially-inept light-fearing programmers make crap for software interfaces. Management should have known they needed an interface specialist to fix it.
